Most Knee Pain Doesn't Need More Rest.
It Needs The Right Plan.

You're probably here because you've already tried something.

Rest. Stretching. Ice. Braces. YouTube exercises. Maybe even a few visits somewhere.

Sometimes these things help. Sometimes they don't. And the hardest part is knowing what you should actually be doing for your knee.

You don’t need more random knee exercises.

This kit for adults dealing with nagging knee pain, stiffness, weakness, or irritation that keeps showing up during real life:

Stairs, workouts, running, squats, long walks, getting up from the floor, or long days on your feet.

The goal is simple: give you access to practical tools often used in physical therapy, then show you how to use them correctly at home.

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Have been told to “strengthen your quad,” but are not sure where to start
  • Feel like your knee needs help waking up before exercise
  • Want guidance from a physical therapist instead of guessing from YouTube
  • Want a simple 6-week plan using tools, movement, and coaching
  • Prefer doing more of your rehab at home, but still want professional support

How the Knee Pain Plan Works

I'm opening just 5 Patient spots.

I've been a physical therapist since 2019 and have worked in fitness and coaching since 2013.

What I'm testing now is a different way of delivering that care: combining virtual physical therapy, a structured 6-week plan, and simple tools you can use at home instead of requiring you to keep coming into a clinic.

For this first group, I'm limiting enrollment to 5 people so I can be closely involved, learn what works, gather feedback, and improve the program before a larger launch.

Here's what happens after you sign up:

1. Start with a virtual PT visit (Screening Call)

We'll talk through your knee pain, what you want to get back to, and what seems to be driving the problem.

Then we'll establish a few simple measures we can retest at the end of the program and get you started with exercises from your 6-week plan right away.

2. Get your tools + learn how to use them

Once your kit arrives, we'll meet again.

I'll show you exactly how to use the stimulation unit, where to place the electrodes, how to use the floss band, and how these tools fit into your weekly exercise plan.

No guessing. No random settings. No gadget collecting dust in a drawer.

3. Finish with a progress + next-steps visit

At the end of your 6 weeks, we'll compare where you started with where you are now.

We'll look at your pain, confidence, strength, and ability to do the activities that matter to you—and build a plan for what comes next so you can keep moving forward without feeling dependent on treatment.

And if it's not a good fit?

You shouldn't have to gamble on your knee getting better.

If during your first visit I determine that the Knee Pain Plan isn't an appropriate option for you, I'll refund 100% of your purchase.

And if you complete the 6-week program and don't see a measurable improvement in your knee pain, confidence, or ability to do the things that matter to you, I'll refund 100% of your purchase.

You do the work. I'll stand behind the plan.

Only 5 Founding Patient spots are available.

Meet Your Physical Therapist

Hi, I’m Alex Gonzalez, DPT.

I’ve been practicing as a physical therapist since 2019 and working in fitness and coaching since 2013.

Over that time, I’ve helped people work through pain, rebuild strength, and get back to the activities that matter to them.

One thing I’ve learned is that most people don’t need more exercises pulled from the internet. They need help figuring out which exercises make sense for their knee, how hard to push, and what to change when things aren’t improving.

That’s why I created the Knee Pain Plan.

It combines the clinical reasoning of physical therapy with the flexibility of an at-home program—so you can get professional guidance without building your week around repeated clinic visits.

And this isn’t a program where you buy a PDF and never hear from anyone again.

You’ll work directly with me during all three visits.

Together, we’ll figure out what your knee needs, build your plan, teach you how to use your tools, and measure your progress at the end of the six weeks.

My goal isn’t to make you dependent on physical therapy. It’s to help you feel confident managing your knee again.
